Quiet Tenacity is on a mission to help the world build cultural intelligence across communities, workplaces & governments. Our commitment is to tirelessly work towards a world where diversity is accepted as a fact, inclusion is intentional, and a sense of belonging is a widespread shared experience. We help Internationally educated professionals and immigrants to develop cultural competence & professionally progress from “A” to “B” in a new country with less time, money & energy spent. We help employers to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgrounds.
Quiet Tenacity is a Canadian Consulting agency. We promote cultural intelligence and help people develop the skills to navigate cultural differences with ease and respect. We offer customized training solutions for individuals and organizations, including cultural onboarding, skills development, conflict resolution, coaching, and leadership training. Our platform, the Quiet Tenacity Hub, provides scalable courses, skills mapping, and community coaching.
It was a pleasure for me to work on such an important project. I have done a full branding and visual identity part. The most important part was working for an online program, which consisted of slide design and document design.
The main inspiration for the brand is growth, identity, process and learning. The colour palette symbolizes this, as green colour stands for growth and development, it symbolizes progress, learning, and opportunity for both immigrants and companies. Inclusivity and Diversity: green is also associated with inclusivity, harmony, and balance in branding. This shows the commitment to diversity, cultural sensitivity, and equity. Healing and Empowerment: on a less professional note but more holistic note - green for a brand also symbolizes healing, relaxation, and empowerment. It creates a calming and positive atmosphere that promotes learning and growth.
